Advanced Regional Sharing
Advanced regional sharing gives you unprecedented control over which portions of your spreadsheet your contacts can edit and even view. That’s right, you can now hide portions of the spreadsheet, giving you the ability to share one spreadsheet with multiple users and present only the information relevant to them.
Share Directly from the eXpresso Add-in for Excel
If you enjoy working on your spreadsheets directly in Excel, you’ll love the new and improved eXpresso Add-in. Now you can share your spreadsheets with other users without leaving Excel. You can also modify existing sharing relationships and send messages right from the Add-in.
Timed Alerts
Do your spreadsheets contain important dates? With eXpresso’s new Timed Alerts feature, you can send yourself or your colleagues a reminder message based on a date in your spreadsheet.
Simplified Sharing Privileges
Based on your feedback, we have simplified the privileges you can assign to your contacts. You can now assign any user View Only, Full Editing (On-line/Offline) or Limited Editing (On-line Only) access privileges.
